Uruchye Housing Complex (Minsk, Belarus)

Natural inscription into the existing housing landscape; well-developed infrastructure; modern apartments; easy parking; natural landscaped preserved intact – such were the customer requirements for the design of the Uruchye Housing Complex in Minsk.

Our designers team have done an impressive job to meet those requirements, which gave rise to a one-section 100-apartment 17-storied contemporary apartment block. There is a 3.3-metre layer of air separating the floor from the ceiling in all apartments. There are six apartment on every level – a single apartment, 2 two-room apartments and 3 three-room apartments. The apartment block is fitted with two elevators – for passengers and cargoes. The 16-th floor is crowned with a two-level apartment, the upper level being a mansard type. The 17th floor comes with another four mansard-type apartments with a roundabout mansard overlooking three sides of the house, decorated with a delicate arcade, which makes the house look neat and stylish.

The colour choice of the façade was beige red and brown. The entrances face the courtyard, which is complete with recreation areas and playgrounds for children. The building protects the inner yard from the noise of the city streets. The building meets all security standards, including fire security and seismology.
