The project stipulates the construction of several buildings with a different number of floors. The main building consists of eleven-storey and nine-storey blocks connected with a single plan structure and a common glass atrium. Behind the main building there is a five-storey parking lot (190 cars). On the first floor there is a lobby, a café, a number of small shops and newsstands. Other floors are filled with offices and administration rooms. The 12th floor hosts engineering and service rooms and elevator machine rooms.
