The project stipulates the construction of an 8-storey building (each floor 3.3 metres high). The ground floor and the first floor will be occupied by parking lots, engineering facilities and an elevator machine room. Floors two to eight will host offices and administration rooms. On the eighth floor there will be an open veranda.

The office building has a unique shape of a truncated rectangle with an elevated lift tower. The frontage is formed by a peculiar combination of blank walls and glass.
