The design project of the trade and entertainment center embraces six facilities: a hypermarket, a fashion house, a sports center that can be transformed into a 500-seat hall with gambling machines and children’s playgrounds, a hotel with a business center and the representative office of Manolium Processing LLC.

The center has an open plot plan. The project is centered around the hypermarket in front of which there is a pedestrian square with decorative hardscaping elements. The square serves as an entrance to the surrounding buildings, namely, the fashion house, the hotel with a business center and the hypermarket. The sports center that can be transformed into a 500-seat hall with gambling machines and children’s playgrounds is situated in the patio.

The project is a unique combination of buildings with a different number of floors. The composition is dominated by a 15-floor hotel that is located at the junction of Krasnaya and Varvashenya streets. The hotel visually completes the panoramic picture of Yakub Kolas Square and Kozlov Street. The hypermarket has a lean-to roof, which makes the transition from the tallest building of the project (the hotel) to the smallest one (the sports center) more subtle.
