The project applies to an area adjacent to Kedyshko and Naturalisty streets (close to Independence Avenue). It stipulates the construction of a luxury apartment house and an office building with a common underground parking lot. The construction site is surrounded by 5-storey and 9-storey houses. Our architects tried to bring some variety to the existing construction pattern, as well as stick to the classical standards, taking into account the proximity of the main avenue of the city.

The 10-storey dwelling house with a dome and a spire is located at the junction of the forenamed streets (the corner of the block). Since it belongs to the luxury class, it is practically free of standard planning solutions. The first floor is occupied by offices. Floors two to eight host luxury apartments (two on each floor). On the two top floors there is a penthouse.

The four-storey office building joins the existing set of buildings located along Naturalisty Street. Each office will occupy half a floor or an entire floor and will have a separate entrance. The offices are going to be sold or rented.
