The project stipulates the construction of a three-storey building with a basement and an apparatus floor. The first floor contains a consumer goods store and a café (50 seats). Floors two and three are occupied by offices, each with a separate WC and a small kitchen. The basement hosts a fitness center with a sauna, a gym, a billiards room and engineering facilities.

Taking into account the high level of noise pollution in Krasnaya Street (trucks and trams), the front of the building is formed by a curtain walling system. On the contrary, the side of the building that faces the park has a lot of windows.
