A Project to Reconstruct a Kids’ Café in Minsk
The Kids’ Café seats in the central alley of one of the oldest parks in Minsk downtown. Back in the 17th-19th century the park was referred to as the Governor’s Garden.
As a result of reconstruction the summer café was virtually pulled down. On the old foundations we raised a two-level glass volume with a kitchen and dining hall to seat 70 guests. There is an extension annexed to the main volume to service customers in the summertime. Under the terrace there are open-fire cooking facilities. FireBird Café specializes in Belarusian cuisine.
