Based in Lida, Priorbank’s Regional Office Nr.622 is a building of complex configuration with three main storyes 3.6 metres high each, a basement and a technical level with an idle attic.  

The storey solution is based on contemporary standards in a combination with modern engineering equipment for business banks in order to ensure the necessary level of comfort in the main premises and public areas.

The first level houses the cash centre and areas for customer service and transactions. The bank’s major service premises are positioned on Level 2 and Level 3. The second floor has accommodated offices, halls for conferences and negotiations, while the third floor is an open terrace. All engineering facilities are located in the basement or on the technical level.

One of the features of the architectural solution that catches the eye is the common style of the facades – a combination of white blind walls, a red-brown granite socle, full-length gold-mirror stained glass windows, green roofing materials, the decorative railing of the roof and the balconies.

To ensure proper lighting in the conference hall and the transactions area the project makers would allow for lamps in glass casings. Part of the building has a sloping roof with a half-dome profile covered with metal sheets.
