The Oshmyany Office of Belarus’ Foreign Trade Bank (Belvneshekonombank) is a building of complex configuration, basic parameters being 28 by 27 metres. The bank office is complete with three main levels, a basement and an upper technical level.

The storey solution is based on contemporary standards in a combination with modern engineering equipment for business banks in order to ensure the necessary level of comfort in the main premises and public areas.

The bank’s cash centre and the customer service area for individuals are on the first floor, the customer service area for legal entities is on the second floor.

The first floor is also home to a parking box for the cash collection vehicles and a one-vehicle garage with a central heating system.

The bank’s major offices are positioned on the second and third floors. The third floor is also home to offices and a negotiations room. All technical and engineering facilities are in the basement or the upper technical floor.

One of the features of the architectural solution that catches the eye is the common style of the facades – a combination of blind walls faced with red bricks and full-length stained glass windows. The solution of the façade is in tune with the appearance of the Local Government Office in Oshmyany’s Central Square.
